Safety is top priority

Cook at a temperature of 200-250F for low, 300-350F for medium, 350-400F on medium high and 400-450F on high.

Briquettes contain additives such as lighter fluid and paraffin. Lighter fluid, on the other hand, may leave residue on food and can be dangerous if not properly handled.
